Art Wild

When it all started..

I started painting at age 13 when I was given a set of oil paints that would of otherwise gone to waste. My first painting was of a long horn steer on canvas that is still around today. I loved oils until I became allergic to the solvents so I explored with watercolor and was disappointed until I found Acrylics which I love.

What kind of art I do..

Although I love Acrylics, I also work in wood 'painting" with a hot tipped iron, Wood Burning! I enjoy producing ornaments and painting home grown gourds. I have a room full of gourds.
